- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for loan committees

- Collaborate with underwriting teams to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Document credit decisions in accordance with internal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of credit analysis or commercial lending experience
- Strong proficiency in financial statement analysis and ratio calculations
- Experience with credit scoring models and risk assessment tools
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours (10 AM - 3 PM core hours)
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
