Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for commercial loan applications
- Monitor existing loan portfolios and identify potential collection risks
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance (FDIC, OCC, FRA)
- Present findings to credit committees and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of cash flow analysis and debt service coverage
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
