Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and loan structuring proposals
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal financing solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and economic trends affecting credit decisions
- Document credit files according to regulatory requirements
- Present credit analysis findings to credit committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Bloomberg)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and lending regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and market conditions
- Strong communication skills for presenting recommendations
- Professional certification (CFA, CRCM) preferred
