Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and collateral to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk evaluations for loan committeesMonitor existing portfolios for compliance and early risk detection
- Collaborate with loan officers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Proficiency in credit scoring models (FICO, Altman Z-Score)
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit certification (CRCM or equivalent) preferred
