Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to federal/state compliance regulations (FINRA, SEC, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Develop and implement compliance policies/procedures
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to learn complex regulations through paid training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of financial services (training provided)
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable)
