Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (FINRA, SEC, etc.)
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Investigate and resolve regulatory violations with corrective action plans
- Train staff on compliance policies and industry best practices
- Monitor regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal and internal audit teams on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and AML regulations
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., ComplianceEase, Wolters Kluwer)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
