Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Train staff on compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations and non-conformance issues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related regulatory role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and relevant state-specific regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly to all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.
