Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze changes in local and federal regulations to ensure organizational adherence.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Develop, update, and communicate internal policies and procedures to all staff members.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.
- Investigate and resolve internal compliance violations or potential fraud.
- Coordinate with legal teams to interpret complex regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs role.
- Certification such as CCEP, CAMS, or JD is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of state and federal compliance laws relevant to the industry.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and influence others.
