Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal/state regulations (FFIEC, BSA, AML)
- Develop and implement compliance policies/procedures
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Train staff on compliance protocols
- Manage regulatory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with legal and audit departments
- Lead remediation efforts for compliance gaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years compliance/regulatory experience
- CAMS or CRCM certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
