Responsibilities

- Develop/update compliance policies and training programs

- Collaborate with legal, operations, and audit teams
- Stay current on regulatory changes through industry research
- Lead compliance initiatives for new product launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Expertise in BSA/AML, Fair Lending, and consumer protection laws
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Advanced proficiency in compliance software (e.g., ComplyAdvantage)
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
