Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local regulations to ensure organizational compliance with financial and operational standards.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in our processes.
- Develop, update, and communicate clear compliance policies and procedures to all staff members.
- Coordinate and facilitate mandatory compliance training sessions for employees across all departments.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations or internal complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed reports for the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies regarding compliance status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs role.
- Strong working knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Professional certifications such as CCP, CFE, or JD preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
