Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure adherence to federal/state financial regulations (FCRA, EFTA, BSA)
- Conduct risk assessments and implement compliance controls
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain audit documentation
- Train staff on compliance policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal audit and legal teams
Qualifications
