Responsibilities
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor changes in local and federal compliance laws to proactively update company policies and procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and potential risks to senior management.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on compliance protocols and ethical standards.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations or discrepancies identified during audits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations relevant to the industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification such as CCEP or CFE is a plus.
