Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs ensuring adherence to federal regulations (Dodd-Frank, SOX, HIPAA)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits using provided advanced compliance software
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on regulatory updates using our proprietary e-learning platform
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to mitigate compliance risks
- Monitor industry changes and update policies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years compliance experience in financial services or healthcare
- Strong knowledge of California state regulations and federal compliance frameworks
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification required
- Proficiency in compliance software (we provide full training and equipment)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with provided remote work technology
