Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal/state regulations (FINRA, SEC, etc.) to ensure compliance
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for operational processes
- Develop/update compliance policies and procedures
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and ethical conduct
- Investigate potential violations and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial industry regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with compliance management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
