Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (FINRA, SEC, etc.)
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and internal audits for financial operations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on updated compliance protocols and ethical standards
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure policy alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years compliance experience in financial services or regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and Louisiana state regulations
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with compliance software (e.g., Salesforce Financial Services Cloud)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
