Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with industry regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, AML)
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance policies and regulatory updates
- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services or healthcare
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and Louisiana state regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., RSA Archer, Navex)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
