Responsibilities
- Monitor federal/state regulations (FFIEC, BSA, AML) and implement compliance frameworks
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps
- Develop/update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and audit teams on compliance initiatives
- Stay current on regulatory changes through industry research and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Law (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) certification
- Expertise in banking regulations (Regulations O, Z, E, CCARA)
- Advanced analytical skills with audit/assessment experience
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in compliance management software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
