Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and industry regulations (SOX, AML, BSA)
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across departments
- Train staff on compliance requirements and regulatory updates
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for executive leadership
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred
- Proficient in compliance software (e.g., ComplianceEase, GRC)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
