Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with federal/state regulations
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across departments
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with corrective action plans

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years compliance/regulatory experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations (FINRA, SEC, CFPB)
- Certification preferred (CCEP, CAMS, or CCRM)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software
