Responsibilities

- Train staff on regulatory requirements and ethical standards

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of FINRA, SEC, and AML regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance management software (e.g., MetricStream)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation a plus
