Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with federal/state regulations (FCRA, GLBA, CCPA)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits using provided monitoring software
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed regulatory reports
- Train staff on compliance protocols using our interactive learning platform
- Collaborate with legal and audit teams to address regulatory changes
- Maintain compliance documentation in our encrypted document management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years compliance experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
- Expert knowledge of CA and federal financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to work with provided forensic and monitoring equipment
