Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with federal regulations (FINRA, SEC, AML)
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across remote teams
- Train employees on regulatory updates and compliance protocols
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations with actionable reports
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulatory bodies
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations (Dodd-Frank, SOX)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote team management
- Proficiency in compliance software (e.g., OnBase, LogicGate)
