Responsibilities

- Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and executive teams on compliance initiatives
- Prepare regulatory reports and documentation for external agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance experience in financial services or regulated industry
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, Dodd-Frank)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in compliance software and MS Office Suite
