Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs aligned with federal/state regulations
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments for banking/lending operations
- Train staff on BSA/AML, Fair Lending, and consumer protection laws
- Prepare regulatory reports and manage examiner communications
- Update compliance policies based on evolving industry standards
- Lead investigations of compliance breaches and corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years compliance experience in financial services
- Active CRCM or CAMS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal banking regulations (Regulations E, Z, CCAR)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication abilities
- Experience with compliance software (e.g., NASBA, Wolters Kluwer)
