Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and reporting
- Assist with tax preparation and audits
- Implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with CPAs and department heads
Qualifications
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines
- Professional certification (QB Pro, AIPB) preferred
