Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll for multiple clients with a focus on timely weekly disbursements.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial staff.
