- Process bi-weekly payroll and tax filings
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage QuickBooks cloud platforms with 99.9% data accuracy
- Prepare sales tax returns and regulatory compliance documents
- Implement cost-saving measures for client operations
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent credential
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Expertise in GAAP and IRS compliance
