Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process weekly payroll and tax filings
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks data and backups
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Train staff on accounting procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proficiency with payroll systems (ADP/Paychex)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines
