Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Manage payroll processing and time tracking for weekend staff.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
