Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, handle payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
- Payroll Management: Process payroll for multiple employees, ensuring tax filings and compliance are met.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger and assist in the annual audit preparation.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses to optimize budget performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
