Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Process payroll and assist with basic tax preparation (1099s/W-2s).
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
