Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for 15-20 client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets with 99% accuracy
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank accounts weekly
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly filings for small businesses
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online systems for new clients
- Generate custom financial reports for business decision-making
- Train clients on accounting software best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Proven track record of reconciling complex financial accounts
- Familiarity with Oklahoma state tax regulations
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
