Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive-level commentary
- Lead budgeting and planning cycles across multiple departments
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Develop ad-hoc financial models for scenario planning and risk assessment
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
