Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
- Process invoices, verify accuracy of data, and ensure timely payments.
- Assist with payroll processing for multiple entities.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
