Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts weekly.
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage expense reports.
- Prepare and organize financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Support the payroll process by gathering necessary documentation.
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn accounting principles.
