Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the general ledger and financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monthly close procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and invoices.
- Update and maintain accounting databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
