Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a nightly basis.
- Process payroll for the night shift team with high accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize accounting software to track expenses and manage budgets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Must be available to work a dedicated Night Shift schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
