Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Generate and send invoices to clients and vendors.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records and filing systems.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and collections as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks or Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros are a plus).
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 5 PM - 1 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours.
- Familiarity with US tax regulations and payroll processing is a plus.
