We are looking for a highly organized Bookkeeper to join our night shift team in the heart of Silicon Valley. At Apex Logistics Solutions, we pride ourselves on accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a nightly basis.
- Process payroll accurately for a diverse workforce.
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial files.
- Communicate financial discrepancies to the senior accountant promptly.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (8:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
