Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all records are accurate and up to date before the morning close.
- Assist with month-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process payroll and handle payroll-related inquiries accurately.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Experience with night shift operations or ability to work flexible evening hours.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
