What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform weekly and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and post nightly journal entries to the general ledger.
- Manage and organize digital and physical financial documents and records.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports for management review.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage 50 accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the night shift on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
