What You Will Do:
- Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process payroll entries and ensure tax compliance.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process accounts payable invoices and accounts receivable collections.
- Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax form preparation.
- Ensure all financial data is entered into accounting software with 100% accuracy.
- Perform regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
