Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation of financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Assist with payroll processing and verification for night operations staff.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with vendors regarding invoices.
- Conduct periodic audits of financial data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
