Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Manage and process weekly payroll for remote staff.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and maintain accurate financial reports and ledgers.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial audit support.
- Review and file invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ability to work independently and accurately during night hours.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
