Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts with high accuracy.
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.
- Assist with internal and external audits and tax compliance.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
