Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations nightly
- Generate daily financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for multi-state operations
- Oversee month-end closing procedures with precision
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for real-time financial tracking
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Nightshift availability (10 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and tax compliance understanding
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
