- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client review
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Generate custom financial reports for management decision-making
- Collaborate with tax professionals for quarterly filings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
