Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile the general ledger, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process weekly payroll for all employees and ensure all tax filings are up to date.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for all financial documentation and invoices.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
