Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
